Pilates is one of the most effective exercise programs aimed at evenly balancing the surface and deep muscles of the human body, maintaining physical condition, improving the musculoskeletal system, and improving proper posture and movement coordination. One of the main goals of this exercise is to strengthen your core. If our core is not strong, we tend to slouch. Pilates also serves as a great supplement for active athletes. It helps prevent unilateral and repetitive muscle overload.
